Duo of Dickson, Olenga Too Much for Otero to Handle

Trinidad, CO: The Lady Plainsmen Women's Basketball team took care of business in the first day of the Trinidad Classic by defeating Otero College 65-47 on Friday (November 15). The duo of Za'Miyah Dickson and Solenne Olenga was too much for the oppositon to handle.

Dickson led the way with 18 Points going 7-10 from the field and 3-4 from 3. Olenga was a beast inside with 17 points and 13 rebounds. She was 6-12 from the field. The Lady Plainsmen shot 43% from the field and 46% from 3. 

The win moved their record to 3-3 on the season. The Lady Plainsmen are back in action Saturday (Nov. 16) against the host Trinidad State at 3:00 PM Mountain time.
