Plainsmen Use 2nd Half Surge to Defeat North Lake

Levelland, TX: The Frank Phillips College Men's Basketball team used a second half surge to defeat Dallas-North Lake 75-50.
The defending NJCAA Division-III National Champions stayed steady in the first half as the Plainsmen led 37-31. However, the Plainsmen outscored North Lake 38-19 in the second half to kill the momentum.
Mady Traore led the Plainsmen with 17 Points and 10 rebounds. Se'yphon Triplett was a perfect 3-3 from the 3-Point line with 16 points and LA Hayes chipped in 13 points off the bench.
The Plainsmen are back in action at the South Plains Shootout Saturday (Novmember 23) against Temple College at 12:00 PM.
