3-Point Shooting and Defensive Intensity Spark a Plainsmen Run to Defeat Blinn

Edmond, OK: The Frank Phillips College Men's Basketball Team used a big run late in the first half to ensure a dominant win over Blinn College in the first game of the Mike Mitchell's Midwest Scouting Service 6th Annual Elite 8 shootout.
After being down by double digit points early in the first half the Plainsmen used a run of great defense and 3-Point shooting to take back control of the contest. Mady Traore finished with 18 Points and 13 rebounds. LA Hayes chipped in 15 points of his own.
The Plainsmen are back in action Tuesday (Nov. 5) against RV Murray State College.
